You don't see employees playing around and slipping and Sliding on greasy floors with food on the floor. This guy keeps this place clean And make you want to come back"

"Very good burger king experience. I ordered online and the order was ready and correct. I sat down and ate and the manager came around to every table asking if everyone was doing good. Bathroom in the middle of a lunch rush is clean. Great experience here."

"Wow. Never thought I would ask to see the manager just to say Thank You for making the “BK Lounge” what it should be. I don’t know what they’ve done but the food is amazing and always hot. The whopper actually tastes like the whopper in the picture. Over the last year this place has transformed into a well oiled machine. Employees are smiling and laughing and the lines, although long, moves fast. Never waited more than 10 minutes in a long line to order and get served. Keep up the great work Gary. "This location was clearly overwhelmed and short-staffed when we came through. They were very busy and the order process was slow. When we got to the window the manager apologized sincerely, and was clearly doing his best to facilitate orders. Despite his efforts, when we got home we realized we had the wrong order. When I returned the manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He refunded the order, corrected everything, and was genuinely apologetic and professional the entire time. It was obvious he was doing his best in a tough situation and taking responsibility for issues that weren’t entirely under his control. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled, and this manager absolutely handled it right. I hope corporate recognizes the effort he’s putting in during staffing shortages."

"We haven't been here in years, because of horrible customer service. We decided to give it another try after meeting a guy named Chad who seem to be excited about working there, and to our surprise the building was like new, the crew seemed to be working in sync, the wait wasn't long, the food was fresh and there were smiling faces all over. We had the opportunity to meet with the manager (GARY) and told him of our past experiences and how our resent visit differed....Great job Gary on turning this Burger King around. I left 4 stars because of that one tall guy with the low hair cut and brown BK shirt on was giving a customer a bit of unnecessary attitude while we were standing in line. don't let 1 bad apple destroy the great things you have done here!"
